Uploading
What file types can I upload?
Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP. Videos: MP4, MOV. Maximum file size is 100 MB.
Do I need an account to upload?
No. You can upload and get a shareable link instantly without creating an account. Creating a free account extends file retention from 24 hours to 30 days.
My upload failed. What should I do?
Check your connection and make sure your file is under 100 MB and in a supported format. On mobile, switching networks can help if the first attempt stalls.
Can I upload multiple files at once?
Each upload creates its own shareable link. To share a collection, create a free account and upload multiple files to your profile.
Sharing & Viewing
How do I share my upload?
After uploading, you get a unique link. Copy it and send it through text, email, social media, or any messaging app.
Do viewers need an account to see my content?
No. Anyone with the link can view your photo or video directly in their browser without signing in or downloading anything.
How long do links stay active?
Guest uploads expire after 24 hours. Registered user uploads last 30 days. After that, the link stops working.
Can I make my upload private?
Yes. With a free account you can toggle uploads to private so only you can see them.
Accounts
Is creating an account free?
Yes. It is completely free and does not require a credit card.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom to find the account deletion option. That permanently removes your account and uploaded content.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, choose "Forgot password" and enter your email. You will receive a reset link.
Creators
What is a creator account?
Creators get a public profile, can accept tips, set pay-to-view prices on uploads, and offer subscription plans to followers.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account in Creator Settings. Earnings from tips, unlocks, and subscriptions are paid out through Stripe on its regular schedule.
Is there a fee for creators?
Creating a creator profile is free. A platform fee is deducted from creator earnings on tips, unlocks, and subscriptions.
