YouSnaps is built for sharing memories, creativity, and moments that matter. These guidelines help ensure everyone can use our platform safely and enjoyably. Please read them carefully - violations may result in content removal or loss of access to the Service.

What You CAN Share
- ✓Photos and videos you created or have permission to share
- ✓Personal memories, events, and celebrations
- ✓Creative works, artwork, and original content
- ✓Screenshots and recordings you have rights to share
- ✓Memes and content that qualifies as fair use
- ✓Educational and informational content
What You CANNOT Share
The following content is strictly prohibited. For detailed information, see ourContent Policy.
Child Safety Violations (Zero Tolerance)
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming content, and any inappropriate content involving children. We report all violations to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Sexual & Explicit Content
Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, and non-consensual intimate images ("revenge porn"). This includes AI-generated explicit content.
Violence & Dangerous Content
Graphic violence, gore, torture, animal cruelty, threats of violence, content promoting self-harm or suicide, and terrorist/extremist content.
Hate & Harassment
Content that attacks individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including hate symbols, slurs, dehumanizing content, and coordinated harassment campaigns.
Privacy Violations
Personal information of others without consent (doxxing), private photos/videos shared without permission, and content that violates someone's reasonable expectation of privacy.
Illegal & Harmful Content
Content depicting or promoting illegal activities, drug sales, weapons trafficking, fraud/scams, and malware distribution.
Intellectual Property Violations
Copyrighted material you don't have rights to share, trademark violations, and pirated content. See our DMCA Policy.
Reporting Content
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. Your reports help keep our community safe.
How to Report
- In-app: Use the "Report" button on any shared content
- Email: Send details to report@yousnaps.com
- Include: The URL of the content and reason for reporting
We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or blocking access to the Service. We aim to review reports within 24-48 hours.
What Happens If You Violate These Guidelines
When we identify content that violates our guidelines, we may take the following actions:

Appeals
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal by emailingappeals@yousnaps.comwith the original URL and an explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days.

- ✗ Share content without proper rights

- ✗ Share links containing sensitive content publicly
- ✗ Use the service for illegal purposes
- ✗ Attempt to bypass content moderation
